The Ohana Principles

Family
Ohana means family. We welcome every student into a supportive learning environment where they are encouraged, respected, and given room to grow.

Faith
Christian principles guide how we teach, lead, and serve. We encourage students to consider how their gifts and skills can be used with purpose.

Excellence
We provide practical, high-quality education that helps students develop their skills and apply what they learn with confidence.

Empowerment
We equip students to turn their talents into opportunities, whether they are building a business, pursuing a career, or learning a new skill.

Culture
We honor the cultural heritage of natural hair care and the knowledge passed down through families and communities. We celebrate that legacy through education and practice.

Integrity
We teach and operate with honesty, professionalism, and respect. We encourage students to carry those values into every decision and relationship.

Stewardship
We teach students to manage their time, talents, money, and opportunities responsibly, with care for the people their work serves.

Growth
We encourage continuous learning, creativity, and personal development in every student and instructor.
