OHANA BRAIDING — POLICY GUIDELINES

At Ohana Braiding, we create a calm, luxury, and family-centered braiding experience.

To ensure every client receives the best service possible, please review the booking policies below before scheduling your appointment.


OHANA BRAIDING — POLICY GUIDELINES 

Booking & Deposits

- All appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your date & time.

- Your deposit applies toward your final balance. Remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

- You may reschedule once if done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

- Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.

- No-call/no-show requires 100% of the missed service paid before rebooking.

- Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling.

Hair Prep Requirements

- Please arrive with clean, detangled, blown-out hair unless a blowout service was added.

- Hair must be free of heavy oils, butters, or greases.

- If hair is not properly prepped, a $50 detangling / blowout fee will be added.

- Notify me before your appointment if you have a sensitive scalp or tension concerns.

Kids Policy

- Children must be able to sit calmly for the duration of their service.

- If your child cannot complete the service due to discomfort, crying, or refusal to sit, the appointment may

need to be rescheduled.

- Please ensure your child is prepared, rested, and ready for their braiding session.

Guest Policy

- Please come alone unless the appointment is for a child.

- The braiding space is intentionally peaceful and calm, with limited seating.

Payment Options

- Cash and Zelle are the only accepted forms of payment.

Health & Cleanliness

- Do not attend your appointment if you are sick or have scalp infections, lice, or open sores.

- Service may be refused for safety reasons.

- All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients.

Final Style & Photos

- Photos or videos of your finished style may be requested for portfolio or social media.

-You may decline—simply inform me before your service begins.
